Shopping experience was fine, but customer service are non-existent

From my perspective, too small, not bright enough and not as soft as similar from the white company. Good delivery but annoying to keep being asked for a review and then writing it only to be asked to write it again.

Beautiful design but not weighted well. The weight of the earrings changed the shape of my earlobe in one day! Studs design is challenging but size vs weight is not the right ratio right now.

No response to my email communicating that my item arrived damaged.
