Nothing but trouble from your company and customer service. Wrong address on the product I ordered . . . big hassle. Wrong color on a product i ordered . . . Thin spot on front of hair piece. . Problems take forever to get resolved if at all. Your treat customers like they are always wrong. Never admit mistakes. Never order from you again.

The piece I received was much thinner density than what Hairpiece W/H had supplied me.

I never got my hairpiece! It's been 3 months or so. I paid for it and never received a email or information on my piece. I tried to contact but no reply! But you took my money out for payment. So no more ordering from you guys.

How can a product be so good at an affordable price, and the customer service be so poor. I had to get PayPal involved to get anything done.
