I paid and did not received my merchandise.

I purchased 2 units and only received 1. Tried calling, texting, email, and WhatsApp and no answer. AI had no answers for me and I asked several times for a live agent and no luck. My urgency is I leave on a vacation trip and of course the one i need is the one they did not shipped.

I ordered a custom unit 8 weeks ago and haven't received it. I have contacted the the office trying to get a stock unit or a refund but they refuse to do anything. Now they have stopped answering my email's

Worst experience I have ever had ordering a hair system. Hair system has a very strong chemical odor and I was highly allergic to the hair piece, even after washing multiple times.

It came with several bald spots with hair falling out. . . After I waited for over a month.
