The piece I bought ordered online 5% gray in stock, was told that it was not available. Then I was offered for it to be made custom, which I refused. Then I was suggested to try the same piece with 10% gray, and when I received it had too much gray for 10%. I know because I tried it with my other company. I like the person who I was intouch by email. She sent labels for returns, which I liked. For this reason, I am trying a piece with NO gray now to try your company quality. But I Am Very Unhappy!

I thought I would give your company a try and what a regret. The partial denture was to big and bulky to the point that it makes it difficult to talk and chew any kind of food. I reached out to Revived Smile, sent it back to them for an adjustment and they emailed me back and said there was nothing they could do. I don't believe them, they are not interested in your satisfaction. As of now they have my money and I have nothing but a broken promise. I am disputing the charge and am going to call the better business today. To those who are considering Revived Smiles, buyer beware.

I haven’t receive my package

I cannot be sure Lyrical hair is shipping me the product as advertised and purchased. Without a retail label disclosing the contents and the material I cannot be sure I am getting what I paid for and this is by intentional design when it is shipped in a zip lock baggie alone without documentation. I ordered an expensive piece of natural hair and this fact is being kept from me. I do not trust Lyrical hair if they do not disclose the product honestly with a label, receipt or any documentation.
