I never got my hairpiece! It's been 3 months or so. I paid for it and never received a email or information on my piece. I tried to contact but no reply! But you took my money out for payment. So no more ordering from you guys.

How can a product be so good at an affordable price, and the customer service be so poor. I had to get PayPal involved to get anything done.

I ordered 8”x10” and got 7”x9”

I ordered 2 custom pieces and they were lost I never got them.
