Not enough gray How can I return hair system???

I got my hairpiece two weeks to late and the wrong color , I will never make mistake again .

I got my hairpiece two weeks to late , on top of it it’s the wrong color .

I haven't received the hairpiece yet, and its been almost 2 weeks, its expected today. Need to work on quicker communication if the exact size is out of stock, when the piece is ordered it should show whether or not it is available.
