Wrong base

For the third time I ordered hair with . 04mm base which is on your stock site as available and each time you sent . 06mm. Why do you keep sending the wrong hair? Customer service is terrible as you can’t get my order right after taking my money and takes you days to respond if you even respond at all. You say sorry it won’t happen again and then you send the wrong hair again. Isn’t anyone in chart at your company to make sure orders are correct !!

Slow delivery

Your ad says you deliver within 3 days and I had to send a message about my order and then it was shipped. I am a hair care professional and as a company that sells hair systems your delivery time needs to be faster.

You keep sending me the wrong size units!!!

This is the second time in a row you sent me an 8x10 unit. First I ordered a 9x7 and got an 8x10 and I just ordered a 7x10 and again received an 8x10! What gives? I’m trying to avoid cutting down the unit as this affects the length of the hair. What do I have to do to get you to send me what I’ve ordered??? Robert O.
