The unit took a bit longer to arrive than expected . The color looks a bit dark for med brown but i am sure it will lighten

the quality seems good, haven't done anything , haven't worn it yet. . . wish that you would supply a helpful guide or assistance in the shipment,, I do not know enough to trim. . . and don't want to ruin my new hair system. . . also a thank you in the shipment would be nice touch. . . I could buy from a # of companies, and i chose yours

The color was not as gray as I hoped and the hair density was overly thick. But you never know.

Love the product and have little to no Complaints. Hair is study and it adheres better than other products I have tried. My only complaint is that it doesn’t take long before odor is present. Most likely from sweat, but I’ve used other products and don’t recall it being as noticeable so quickly.
