Love the product and have little to no Complaints. Hair is study and it adheres better than other products I have tried. My only complaint is that it doesn’t take long before odor is present. Most likely from sweat, but I’ve used other products and don’t recall it being as noticeable so quickly.

I believe that you need to update your customer support so you can speak to a real person that understands and is good at problem solving. It took me over a month to finally send an email to someone that explained to me the reason I never received my last order. I was billed for the unit but never received. My address wasn’t correctly listed. I have an account with you where my address is normally kept on file, all I do is reorder. I wasn’t reading the tracking information correctly. It appeared to me it was returned by me and returned back to you. Then why wasn’t I credited? I had to file a dispute with my Discover. They instantly gave me the credit and said they would investigate. Supposedly your employee was contacting my Discover to solve the dispute. I hope so but I order a unit regardless. A simple phone call to your customer support base would have expedited the entire problem. Never had any problem with your deliveries or your units prior. In fact your units last longer and are made just as good if not better than your more expensive competitors. Thats why I was relentless trying to solve the problem, I wanted you as my supplier.

This was my first order. When my new hair system arrived, I was very encouraged with the quality. For many years, I have been a member of HCM paying hundreds of dollars each month. I finally did not renew my membership and took a leap of faith. I hope Lyrical Hair will be my supplier. The reason for giving my review a ‘good’ was due to the length of time it took to receive my first order; about three weeks. When placing an order online, it stated I would receive my order in 4 to 5 days. Otherwise, I am very excited about my order.

Very happy to see the new discretion being shown with the boxing of the shipment and also discreet labelling.
