Very difficult to get a response from any one on email especially when making a purchase from the site . Unit was a French lace front, side PU 90% density . The density was incorrect it was like 100 - 120 percent density, put in a lot of extra work to get the density desired but makes it even harder now to get the cut wanting because we thin out so much. Great structure base unit but density was incorrect. I was very discrete about the 90% density.

Shipping time was amazing! The quality of the hair is great and the color was very accurate!

Great customer service.

Though I have purchased systems from lyrical in the past and had no issues with their product or delivery, my last two purchases was very difficult. After many weeks of emails with no results I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. It was only then that I received my order. I doubt I will be making any more purchases from Lyrical.
