Customer services was a bit difficult, the shoes aren’t useable

Sizes on website and box do not match North American sizing at all. Both items for about 2 sizes too big 😢 also had to pay an added shipping fee upon delivery

never received shoes. it’s been days since i emailed & no response, no resolve. super bummed.
