The ordering and delivery process was great. Happy with the thickness of the leggings, just Disappointed they are already wearing down after 2 uses

I love my love leggings but hate that they use Hermes for delivery. They are terrible and lose things, deliver to wrong place, deliver damaged packages. So I won't use Love Leggings again unless they change this I am afraid :(

Leggings are ok for first few washes, than look quite worn. Delivery partner Hermes are rubbish - ordered next day and still 1.5 wks later from delivery date no word from them. Replacement was due to arrive yesterday but still no sign. The only bonus was when I requested to cancel the order I was given my delivery charge back.

I already sent a review. You even responded in an average sort of way, not particularly helpful. Repeated requests for review are annoying and bad for business and sends your rating down. A shame for you.

So disappointed all round with the product and the service, I have had petite leggings before no problem but this time they were too big and way too long. I emailed and asked for a replacement I waited for a label so that the item could be picked up which did not appear I then emailed again. The handler had been away for a few days and thought my item had been picked up. I explained they need a barcode off their label. Anyway in the end I have decided to give them to my niece. I just can’t stand the hassle. If the returns on the website had worked then no problem, I will think twice about ordering again. Shame because the product is excellent
