Shipping good. Would have preferred a return label to be included in parcel than having to mess about on line.

Always quick to deliver !! Leggings are super duper comfy and well fitted. Returns could be quicker with an instant returns note (shouldn't have to wait for a review on returns) but appreciate its been xmas so may take longer than usual.

I did order two pairs they did have some sizing issues. However the customer service team did confirm there had been an error and resolved the situation as best they could. It did make me feel alot better about the company and now i think i would re order again

Beige tights in XL size : delivered fast, received in good condition, fits well, opaque as described... BUT this "comfort band" or whatever it's called on the back of this size is simply UGLY.

I really do love these - wear them almost every day. So soft cotton which is what I want especially in 3 seasons when the weather is cool and cold. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is that the High Waist Leggings could have a slightly firmer waist band. And the customer service is stellar.
