Lo and Sons have created a seamless and swift online shopping experience. I purchased the the smartphone wristlet and Claremont camera bag through an Instagram ad after months of debating if I really needed them. I DID. The post purchase email experience was prompt and informational — My producfs arrived so quickly I had no idea what the box was because I thought it just couldn’t be my order already. It was! Better yet, the promotional/retargeting emails I’ve received since signing up have been minimal enough to not annoy me and frequent enough to remind me that they’re still there for when I need any more products (that’s not the content of the emails, just the frequency). As far as content goes, Lo & Son’s retargetting emails promptly inform me of products I can buy without shoving anything down my throat. The clean design of the Lo & Sons brand is consistent throughout the website and email communications and uses great graphics and layouts to keep things minimal yet informative.

I bought a Hanover backpack and discovered that it was too small, but thought I had removed the bar-coded label. So I emailed and Megan got right back to me immediately (like, IMMEDIATELY) and told me I could send it back for store credit and exchange it for the Hanover deluxe. She even sent me a mailing label. I did that and I love the new back pack. As it turns out I hadn't removed the bar-coded label, but I had several emails with Megan and she was amazingly prompt, helpful and personal. Like a real person really helped me out. I don't have to tell you how rare that is in the world of customer service these days. So I love my backpack, and I think Lo & Sons is terrific. I'd recommend you to anyone.

After gifting the Edgemont to 7 friends and family I finally treated myself to one plus the fabulous Pearl. The Edgemont has made travel so much easier and in the Pearl I have finally found a pocketbook where style, function and organization meet. LOVE your products!

I bought this for an upcoming trip with my 2 year old son. Needing something bigger to carryon. It is Sturdy, spacious, but not too big. He zipper is strong, the fabric is rugged & the look is very classic. I am carrying it as a gym bag. It is perfect! Highly recommend.
