what great customer service? I had to return my bags since they were too big and every time I emailed customer service, they answered within a day! I never had to follow up. that's amazing these days. I've ordered my new, smaller bag, and can't wait to get it. this will be my 3rd order. thanks!

Wonderful space and storage and durable!

I originally received this bag as a gift for the hospital trip when having my twins, but it soon transitioned into a diaper bag because no 'diaper' bag was big enough for the twins. This is such an amazing bag. I love the compartment in the bottom. This is where I store all the extra clothes and a tiny travel diaper bag for wuick trips into a bathroom for changing. I'm also able to keep to large sized Kirkland baby formula containers, a rice cereal container, two bottles, their bibs with an outfit to change into each, a distilled water bottle, diaper cream jar and still have plenty of room for s change of clothes for myself. You know, just in case of those spitty days. ;) Bottom line, I love this bag and would buy it again for my own luggage. :)
