I just want to say that the quality of your customer service is out of this world. I sent a message about my concerns (because I was late with my order)that if my order (gift for my girlfriend) arrive before Christmas. Your customer service replied that they will make sure that if it look like that it won’t arrive in the mail before Christmas, they will take actions to somehow get the products I ordered. Luckily it came before Christmas in time, but the proactive attitude to help me with this problem was amazing.

The shopping process is very simple and quick. There was a problem of stock with my order, not being available one of the tops that I had ordered, and they offered me to change it for any other that I liked. Highly recommended.
