Viestien vaihto oli helppoa ja mutkatonta. Tuotteet tulivat nopeasti, mutta osa puuttui. Vaihto- ja puuttuvan tuotteen saannissa kesti tosi kauan, mikä oli harmillista.

Tilaukset tulivat nopeasti, mutta se, että palautusportaalissa pystyi valitsemaan normaalisti palauta myymälään vaihtoehdon, eikä ollenkaan mainittu, että myymälä on toistaiseksi suljettu, oli turhauttavaa. Ylimääräinen chattailu ja sähköpostilla yhteydenotto tuntui turhalta vaivannäöltä, vaikka sainkin ystävällistä palvelua. Tietenkin myös se harmittaa, että olisin halunnut laadukkaan ja kestävien arvojen mukaisen uima-asun, mutta istuvuus oli itselleni huono. En luultavasti aio tilata jatkossa.

The sizing of the other pieces was unfortunately not correct and the one top had a very bad cut in my opinion (with the wrap top, one breast always peeked out from under the bikini, no matter how you wore it; the wrap pieces would have to be sewn together here (at least for larger sizes).
