The personal service provided by your staff has been excellent after an initial problem with your (presumably) automated systems. I ordered incorrectly at first (selected the wrong size for my first pair of 24 trousers)—the return process was impressively efficient (if pricey) but the requested action (replacement item) did not happen. A subsequent interaction with one of your support staff started over a different matter cleared everything up in an easy and efficient manner. Very happy with the products I have purchased, would have bought more if your selection offered the specifics that I need. A big fan of your focus on ecologically friendly materials and minimal packaging. A product wish list would include: a smart causal short (based on the 24 trouser maybe?), a smart but very functional swim/watersports short (ideally that would work under a wetsuit at a push), some kind of take on a blazer/sportscoat, and a warm winter coat (I tried to order your current version but it was sold out). An idea for an accessory: A functional but smart looking sun hat is an essential travel item that is difficult to find imo—needs to stay on, be at least somewhat rain-proof, be able to survive being crushed, and provide all-round sun protection. Panama hats get damaged and aren't that functional, peaked caps don't provide neck protection, and get in the way when using a camera, floppy hats are often the best compromise but don't always help in the rain or look good. A big fan of your work so-far—all the best with everything.
