Purchasing items was easy to go through, shipping was fast, email communication was good, and packaging was great. My only constructive feedback is that some photos have a model wearing them whereas others do not - it would be super helpful to have all earrings shown on an actual ear. Also, the descriptions for the earrings aren't consistent - some will say it comes with a backing while others do not but then they do - it makes the buyer guess or assume things so that can be a bit inconsistent and make the buyer feel iffy about their purchase. I have 9 earrings from here and love them all - they can be pricey and not affordable for some people, so I really appreciated the sale and hope it happens again in the future. However, the saying "you get what you pay for" is true - these are an investment so it can be worth it depending on your budget and how much you're willing to pay for certain things. I love that everything is unique and good quality.
