I feel that shipping was faster before, when verie was leia, but since the company is transitioning I know I have to be a bit more patient. In the past, customer service was astounding, top notch. I hope this company continues to do well because I love the merchandise.

Very fast Shipping ! But the packaging was not great and didn't feel very secure for sending jewelry ! There was no certificate for the gold and diamonds ! And the UPS international shipping is just too expensive for the customer (maybe DHL would be a better choice !)
