Customer service was good once
Customer service was good once they actually responded to my email. Phone number is useless and frustrating. You think you will eventually speak with someone and you don’t. If you won’t answer the call, don’t put a customer service number on your website. At the prices of your products, you should be way more available to your clients. The sales associates/managers I spoke with in the stores were amazing (Sherbrooke and Laurier). Very kind and helpful (5 star to them)
