Estimated delivery date was the 15th March and I got it about a week later :D

The website is great. Easy to navigate and place an order. Please work on the customer service. The delivery was late and there was no communication from your side to let me know. When I did call, I was brushed off by Tasneem who said she could not confirm when I would get the order. It ended up coming a week after it was supposed to. Then, the colour on the fabric label was incorrect. Sticker was perfect. Tasneem said they would redo my fabric label order - thank you, however, it has messed with my timelines. All in all not a great experience. Its a pity as the website functionality is super with easy MOQ's and good pricing.

Labels are beautiful but your service is power.

I was disappointed with what I received, will probably not be able to use it. It is very difficult to know what the end result is going to look like if it is a first time order. I would have expected someone to tell me that the design will be extremely small and virtually unreadable without a magnifying glass.

Excellent product. Terrible experience with processing payment, which meant very late delivery! My payment reference was accurate, but it was twice not picked up by your systems. Please address this. Your product is so good.
