I typically wear a xl and purchased a large. The shoulders are about the right width but the arm length is about two inches too long. They almost reach my finger tips. I was hoping for the light weight material that L4 was selling 3 years ago (very light weight but fitment was very small. I bought a 3x and it fit well and still does but they are wearing out from use.) These shirts now are definitely thicker and heavier than the old ones.
