Customer service was fantastic, one of the best I’ve dealt with regarding clothing brands. Shipping was fast and reliable. They refunded a defective item with store credit without any issues, all I had to send was a picture of the item and receipt.

Lovely umbrella. Good size, great design and colours. The closing mechanism and handles are also good quality.
