I've always had a great experience with service & the experience with everything always. Except this last item I ordered took extremely long time to receive through shipping. Other than the 1 time on long shipping time it has always been great. Thank yall. My daughter absolutely loves yall!!!

Wonderful experience as usual. Only one thing is shipping took 3 months this time and the item was not sold out or anything so don't understand why that happened this time.
