Nearly broke my foot! Tore all my tissue and ligaments up!

Thank you your emails soliciting my opinion of your shoes. That is a pleasant touch and the packaging was quite lovely. However, I am very disappointed in: 1) The length of time from my order to the delivery of the product, and yes, you did update me. It was such a long time, I had given up hope of ever receiving the shoes. I was pleased when they arrived. The package arrived September 2) The shoes: a) the smell if overpowering. b) there is no real tread/anti-slipping surface on the sole, only a thin edged surface. c) the stiffness of the shoe is not conducive to my feet. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED

Shoes are uncomfortable. I requested a return label. Instead of the courtesy of a reply and a label, all I have gotten are persistent review emails.
