I haven’t received an acknowledgment of my return.

Your sent me wrong size and a woman’s shoe, need a refund someday!

I waited weeks for these shoes before reaching out to the company about the shipping status. I was suddenly refunded with no message about why until I emailed a second time to ask about my order. Very sad, as I was excited to try these shoes recommended for my chronic pain.

Shipped at normal speed. Response to return is slow still waiting on label. and they did not believe me when I said it squeaked and requested a video. Wore the shoe one hour sitting to see if that would reduce noise and less than an hour walking on carpet and 5 minutes on tile to show the squeak. Still waiting to see if they will accept return.
