Shipping was delayed.

I never received my KLAWS after paying extra to get them before a trip where I was excited to wear them for tons of walking. They came two days after when they had said they would come with rush shipping and then I was traveling internationally so UPS kept trying to deliver them while I was gone and I never got them and now they are lost. Just really frustrating because I’ve been charged for them but still don’t even have them or a way to receive them when I’ve been charged for them. The rush shipping cost is a scam BTW and I can’t vouch for the brand and whether it’s as great as all the reviews say but my experience has sucked so far!
