Received the shoes & they don't work for me. I texted (their requested way of communicating) requesting a return label & refund 4 days ago & still haven't heard from them.. Customer svc is great when you want the shoe... not so great when you want to return.

The return clause is limiting since you must “break them in” before deciding they don’t work. I worn them for 10 days but my toes were ruined (but the cushion was great for me knees) Although they are in decent condition and I still have the box, they can not be returned for reimbursement or exchange….

I just sent the shoes back through UPS so I don't know how efficient the refund will be. Customer service does not answer phones so you can't speak to customer service directly. I do not care for that at all!

Took a long time to ship, they were uncomfortable and ended up ripping. Not happy with the whole purchase
