Service is good but too many emails. .

Not sure what feedback to leave here, as I haven’t received the shoes yet

Shipping and service has been fine. A little disappointed in the product itself.

I received shoes when promised. When I decided to return, it took 24 hours or more to get a response with a return label. It did come and I did drop shoes at UPS for free. These shoes are impossible to give a real trial if in doubt because the return policy makes it sound like you won't get refund if shoes are not in exact unworn condition when the KLAW quality control people inspect them on return. A bit intimidating. I just decided to return and not take risk.

I bought 2 pairs of the KLAW 528 because I wasn't sure of sizing (blue and white). Both sizes fit fine, so I decided to keep the larger ones because I wear much thicker socks in the winter and I'm hoping to wear them year round. I love the arch support and the spacious toe area. I do not have wide feet, so I bought a medium in both sizes. My heel did not slip in either size. The problem is the right blue shoe. The leather on the top front of the shoe is very crinkled. It looks like it was not glued down properly (it's not a wrinkle from wear). These are also the shoes I decided to keep because there were no more blue shoes were available in that size. Hopefully, the leather on that shoe will not be further damaged by wear. In conclusion, the shoes are extremely comfortable; but I'm still up in the air regarding quality and value and I believe KLAW FOOTWEAR needs better quality control. The defective shoe should never have been sent out to a customer
