Great customer service! I loved the shoes but had to return them because they didn’t work for my tired, old feet. The return process could not have been easier. I sent a quick text explaining why I needed to return them, and the next day I received an email with a prepaid shipping label attached. I packed them up in the same box they came in and took them to FedEx, and that was it. Thank you KLAW, for making my shopping experience with you a good one.
