Loved the dress!. I ordered it on a Saturday night of a three day holiday weekend, to wear to a wedding the following Saturday, so I really cut things close. I paid for two day air and it arrived on Thursday and fit perfectly. Very flattering, the empire waistline hid my middle aged mom belly, the long v-neck necklace sat perfectly so that I didn’t have to worry about showing too much cleavage (lots of folks from work at this event , so I didn’t want to have the girls on display) , which is normally a problem when you are short busty woman. There was a little stretch to the fabric so the lace did not feel tight or restrictive, but instead super comfortable. It is a really pretty, flattering, comfortable dress. Oh, and it doesn’t wrinkle so it was simple to pack for ride to the hotel. I would definitely recommend both this dress and the company. I ordered the green size 22/24 (I’m a 5’1 green eyed blonde) and wore it with pewter colored flats and nude pantyhose (it was January in NJ and I have a long fading scar from knee surgery I needed to coverup, so hose was not optional).

The company was very easy to deal with and the dresses were beautiful. The only thing I might want to see is sizing in petite plus. Many people that need plus sizing are short and the two dresses i bought definitely would need altering. I kept the Vienna Maxi dress, which was beautiful and returned another that was too long and would be costly to alter.

The dress was made in the USA. The velvet fabric is good quality. It is very elegant, looks great and will be perfect for my event. It shipped quickly and was well worth the price. The dress can be used for formal events or can be dressed down for less formal occasions and it has pockets!!!!! I am actually considering buying it again in another color because it is so comfortable !
