I had recently purchased two pairs of sale shoes online from the Qld Carindale store and had forgotten to change the shoe size selection from 5. 5 as displayed to size 7. 5 my own shoe size. They arrived in the mail and I was so disappointed with myself for the order error. However I returned the shoes to your Carindale store and thankfully the ladies in attendance were very willing to offer their assistance - firstly by chasing up online to other stores but my size was no longer available in those particular styles . Instead I chose another pair of red shoes at full price - a credit was passed for the returned shoes and the replacement purchase was tallied. I was very happy with their attitude and the store policy which enabled the exchange to take place. I really enjoy your French flair in clothing style and wish you every business success!
