Never received order- was lied to multiple times when asking to cancel and refund - my account is still being charged for a monthly subscription

It takes over 5 months to get the orders now, which makes no sense because covid is transmitted through the air, not on surfaces, so I'm not impressed that it has taken so long and I STILL have nothing to show for it!

Never received bathing suit

I don't know where my 3 bathing suits are and no one is willing to help. I also pay the sorority but get nothing in return. Would appreciate a refund.
