i never got my order from 4 months ago and they refuse to refund me. i’ve asked twice. also they won’t help me deactivate the sorority subscription so i’m stuck paying $35 a month for nothing because i can’t figure out how to deactivate it

Ordered the suits March 24, its September 21st. I keep getting told that Covid makes shipping slow. Wanted to cancel order, but didn’t because I was told I will still have to pay shipping.

It's been two months since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. Summer is is over now what do I need two bikinis for now. I would like a refund.

It’s been around 4 months since I ordered my package and still don’t have it you files finally gave me the tracking number but it’s not really letting me track it I still know when it’s showing up so I moved Before my package back to me so even when it does get here I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it because you guys took so long to deliver it and I still don’t know when it’s coming
