Lost a customer due to bad customer service

After purchasing almost $600 of merchandise- we experienced terrible customer service! We asked for gift box credit when doing an exchange. They declined our request yet they returned the box to us which probably cost more than the credit we requested!! I am so appalled by the lack of customer service and the stupidity of this action. We will never buy from here again!

I asked my husband for

I asked my husband for a genuine silk chemise:slip for Christmas. He looked everywhere and then discovered this website. He bought me one that he thought would look very nice on me and my usual size.S I tried it on and it was too tight in the back. It was a weird shaped garment that was short rode up in the back ,big in the hips but tight in the back. Instead of an out right exchange, I ordered a new one in a different style that was available in a size large this time the other was small. I never wore the original garment my husband sent it back and then he was charged $20 I believe for no apparent reason whatsoever for a brand new garment. The new one that I purchased for more money had the same issues. Now the back is still too tight and uncomfortable the hips are way too big and the straps are too wide. So that makes two slips that were unwearable. Now I’m stuck with the one I bought, Which will never fit good on my body or feel good for that matter. And I have a very small rib cage by the way and very small shoulders. I am a 32 double D chest I am 5 foot 3 slim hips I’m sort of straight up , little waist curve with a prominent rib cage.. I am very unhappy. I don’t think we should spend $40 (combining in deep return fees for both )on a slip that I can never wear. Why would you charge a restocking fee? If I purchase this on Amazon I would not have the same issue. I saw that your slips are available on Amazon. I hate this slip I hate all of your products because they don’t fit my figure which is so strange because there’s nothing else on this gods green earth that I cannot fit into a size small slip or anything else. I don’t know who your fit models are but this doesn’t work. Can you please advise? There’s just some weird tight Fitting feeling in the back of this garment adjusting the straps doesn’t help either. I look forward to hearing your response. We were serious buyers but it’s not fair to charge someone money for something that number one has never been worn a number two We made every effort to purchase product from you. I was extremely disappointed with

I was extremely disappointed with the red nightie I recently bought. The other past two purchases were great but the quality of this red one is terrible. The black lace design on the front is misaligned and not well done. My last purchase
