Ship time sucks

Shipping time has been absolutely horrible lately. I ordered a box on January 7, 2022, today is MARCH 11, 2022 (43 business days) and my order still has not been shipping. I have emailed a couple times and get the same copy/paste response. Last I heard was that my order was #5 in queue awaiting fulfillment. That was 4 days ago but still no update to my order. If the fulfillment team is so backed up that it’s literally taking MONTHS for an order to get fulfilled, maybe the company should stop taking new orders long enough to catch up. Either that or update your site to say that you may have to wait 50+ Business days for your order to be shipped.

Not as advertised

Bought a box that was supposed to be NWT and NWOT. There was only 1 item with a tag. All the rest were no tags. None of them were NWOT. They were all used. Several had stains. Not at all what was advertised. I washed and cleaned them and listed as used. When I complained I was told no money back unless photos. I had already cleaned! Waste of time and money. Not one of the items has sold. I fully expect to lose money. This was two boxes in a row of garbage.

Not worth it and poor customer service

The box I ordered was awful. Had multiple very flawed and Unsellable items. I reached out but was only offered a very small credit on another box. The box was equally horrible. I am very disappointed and will not order from your company again. And all your unboxing videos on YouTube are disappointing as well. You should be ashamed of yourself sending this crap to resellers trying to make a living in these hard times.
