I have mixed feelings about Jomar. My first purchase was a plus size mixed box and it was just okay. I continued to order random boxes they were all decent. So I took the leap and ordered the Primo pallet it was the most horrible heartbreaking pallet ever all old awful clothes not worth my hard earned money I reached out to customer service and was offered a 10% coupon. I still had faith in the company so continued to order I can’t say I’ve ever gotten amazing inventory . My other complaint is turn around time I’m currently waiting on two packs that are over 30 days since I’ve ordered. My most recent box was supposed to be a NWT box when it arrived it was all old and used customer service asked for pics then took 6 days to get back to me. I keep giving this company the benefit of the doubt but I think I am done.

My 1st box was okay for it had a couple pieces that made up for the trashed pieces. The 2nd box was plain bad. This box is advertised as 15% flawed. Really it is mostly flawed with many pieces trashed. A few stains, rips on seams, buttons missing is okay to me. BUT moth invested, totally shredded, huge middle chest holes, blood stains in crotch is a bit much for me to be satisfied about. I took my gamble and planned to stay quiet but you asked me for how you did. I got my money's worth as a retailer.

Jomar has absolutely ZERO quality control. They send clothing with holes, rips and covered in animal hair. I won't be purchasing ever again!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the items I received in my Ann Taylor box and my CPR box. Two of my Ann Taylor items were threadbare t shirts with large holes in them. One dress had such large snags (unrepairable) that it was unsellable. A quarter of the items from my CPR box had snags and flaws, there was no jackets,denim or recent styles. Two dresses had stains that could not be removed. I realize I ordered the boxes during the Black Friday sale but as a first time customer, I thought it was a good opportunity to try out several boxes. I also ordered the sweater weather box, and that one was fine. I also got the box store box, which was ok, but I six of my items were the exact same item….a basic ribbed Sonoma tank top. Overall, I don’t think I would purchase again. Again, I love the idea, and I don’t know if it’s bc I got a different quality bc of Black Friday sales. But when I see what your “influencers” are getting compared to what I got in my boxes it doesn’t make me want to order again.
