Just ok. Some stains, size tag missing, unfamiliar brands in the US

Shipping is very expensive to Canada. I have credit and would like to use when a sale is on but have not been able to. It is disappointing as it would help reduce the cost per item. I have also had troubles ordering on the website and the app. I have tried contacting customer service about this when there is a sale on but it takes so long and the items are sold out or the sale is over. I usually get profitable boxes.

Overall, good service. Wish shipping were faster!
