Customer service is great. I understand the processing times but when I order 1 box and it takes 3 weeks to ship and two weeks later I order a different box and it ships right away it it doesn’t feel like processing time it feels like a delay. I keep ordering when stuff is on sale and the last two boxes I keep telling myself I’m not gonna order again and I don’t know why I keep putting in orders. I just keep thinking that I could buy the same products at Goodwill and not get any items that I can’t sell.

I do appreciate the fact that when time is limited I don't have to go to source, user friendly for me and the time I spend reselling.

Overall I like and or I’m pleased with most of the merchandise that I received especially the boots. I really don’t like the time frame for shipping. I placed this order in December 24th and I just got the final items on February 10th. The website states 28 business days . That’s to long ,but I would definitely shop here again. I’ll just know not to expect my items in a couple of weeks.
