I bought boots and had the option to pay extra to have them shipped by 11/12/21 so I paid the extra, by 11/13/21 the boots weren’t delivered so I email JHarlen and was notified they didn’t even have the boots and they wouldn’t ship from Hoffman till 12/3/21. My 18.00 I spent for shipping was refunded but the communication with JHarlen has been horrible. I don’t know why you would offer and item to be shipped within days if you don’t even have it in stock, if I would have know it ahead of time I would have ordered boots from somewhere else. It’s been 25 days since the boots were ordered and it’s unacceptable
