Paid for fast shipping and got her 4 weeks later

I ordered a wooden can't hook handle on 12-11-24 and paid $62. 88 through PayPal. I still do not have it. No updates, no messages, no anything. You must advise your customers what's going on. If I don't receive it soon, I must ask for a refund.
