I had a problem ordering from their web site. Our state does not charge a sales tax on clothing, but their website incorrectly added one in. I contacted J Harlen's customer service and they refunded the charge. I would say their customer service is excellent. Selection is quite good, but some merchandise was not available. Shipping was prompt on items that were available.
