I contacted customer service about the Maras I received being way bigger than the Miriams. They were polite but the exchange/return process with the e-gift card/return money was confusing and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to re-order after I returned them or wait until they were back in stock. Hopefully I did it correctly! :)

A pretty decent fit and pretty well made for a well priced flat. I have narrow feet and the elastic on the sides keeps the shoes on.

Customer Service is quickly to response with results. The only issue i have encountered is with their accounting department. I have had to, on numerous occassions, call to get due credit on returned merchandise.

Very efficient personnel, but shipping
Very efficient personnel, but shipping very slow. Also still waiting for refund of a second half of return shoes that did not fit--Purchased August 20--return October 9 immediately upon arriving and trying them on.
