Bag arrived with one missing crossbody buckle strap. I emailed requesting for an exchange and they still haven’t responded to me. Unless that changes, my reviews going to be a 1 star.

I've never received it, something was wrong with the shipping and I lost my money, it is disappointing cause I still think it is a pretty cool hoodie but sadly I just loose my money for nothing
