I haven't received this, eventhough it was scheduled to be delivered on Mar 9th. I haven't received any notices. FedEx tracking says it might be delivered tomorrow but also says I have to go pick it up in a location very far from my house that isn't accessible by public transportation.

After sending an email to let you know that I never received my purchase, I got this request for review. Great first experience to be having with your company.
