2 pairs of boots were despatched to me on July 18 and I have never received them. I know they are a good product because they are my go-to hiking boot, so nothing wrong there. But the delivery has failed entirely - Keen need to cease to use Poste Haste who refused to deliver to my address and asked me to go and pick up my package from a seedy gas station. The package never arrived.

Shoes size completely different to my other three pairs of the same brand and size. What a silly waste of time buying these online!
