Easy to order online. Took a while to come and no updates. Delivered as instructed

Positive: received my delivery 4 business days after ordering, as specified. Also had a great experience when I emailed customer service in that I got a response within half a day. They were polite, professional, and went a few extra steps to assist me, which I very much appreciated. Negative: 4-10 business days to ship within Auckland metro from Milford seems a bit lengthy. Also, absolutely no shipping information or even anything beyond an automated purchase email, which was why I ended up emailing directly. Would buy again, but with awareness of the delivery window.

Keen is a reliable, quality brand, but I do wish they still had some of the canvas sneaker styles for women that they used to have. They were my all-time favourite!

Buying online was easy as. Keen replaced a pair with faulty stitching promptly.

Great fitting shoe, except the insole has a raised ridge through the ball of the foot that creates a pressure point and is uncomfortable after a couple of hours of wearing leaving a "bruised" feeling on the ball of my foot.
