I was overall pretty happy with the online store and delivery, but the only thing that didn't make it a 5 star rating was the delay in the processing of the product I ordered, so I got it a week later than I hoped.

Was warned that orders were a little delayed, which was reassuring, because it was.

I’m an adult with small feet looking for waterproof light hiking shoes & these are great - though I have a high instep & they do rub my foot but it’s manageable with the right socks & improving with more wear. Service was excellent as I had the wrong size initially & the swap was easy😊
