Scotland national arrived a couple of days ago. I tried it on today and it fits, and it looks to be every bit as well constructed as my Ukraine forever vegan wool, which I'm wearing right now. In two months I will have worn the Ukraine Forever for two years every day with the exception of wash days, and when I threw it on the chair where I had put the Scotland national, it looked like two new kilts sitting one on top of the other. On the Ukraine, it bit of binding on the hem has let go, yet the hem does not drop, and a seam on a pleat has let loose and yet one can not identify that seam visually because of the redundancies in the construction. I've spilled scalding coffee on this thing, the dog has thrown up on it twice, I've worn it out in sheeting rain such that when I got back in I left my clothes in a wet pile like over boiled spinach and let the kilt dry on me, as I was still dry on the inside of it. I wash this kilt, against all instructions, ( no agitator) I've never ironed it, and I never have hung it up or rolled it up but I throw it on a chair at night, and though a few pleats are a little curled where I sit on them, I figure that that looks kinda bad boy, like leavin one's shirttales out in junior high school. If I was of a mind to ever put a tie and jacket on this nearly two year old worn every day kilt is ready to go. And the new one did arrive and it's really nice. Thankyou, I have wanted to wear a kilt since I was eight years old but figured I couldn"t because I wasn't club scotland; and then I found out one does not have to be club scotland to wear a kilt you just jump the fence and swim in the pool at midnight. I am so happy I found you. stewart mcgaw ps it's obvious you guys don't spend all day watchin utube videos, but I do, and regarding the Haggis "myth" ; check out the "Haggis wildlife Foundation"; google it, on utubes. They, you guys, are rewilding the Haggis into its natural habitat. Right now, outside your own door probably, these things are gonna be in your garden soon. Man you guys are so lucky, what a great time to be in Scotland. your most happy customer and love from the colonies stewart
