I adore your tartan Ruana & Oversized Shawl creations. Superior Quality, indeed. However, your communication is sorely lacking in regards to certain styles that take on special production times. After an initial delay in receiving my 4 goods they did arrive, and they are spectacular! I am very happy with the Breast Cancer Tartan and they look beautiful. I cannot wait to gove them to my friends for xmas. Thank you Great Scot
