I was delighted with my purchase which was for a gift. Customer service was fab and the item arrived safely as promised. I would caution you when ordering a “pre-order” item, the information available is somewhat confusing. Always order earlier than you think you need to.

Dear Great Scot, I first bought one poncho, and when I saw how perfect it is in our Danish climate, I also bought one for my grandchildren. We just love them. Here I Denmark is windy and the warm wool is wonderful and the tartan designs are just beautiful.

Never received package.
